Bio

Mark DePiero was, quite simply, born to be a builder. He learned his trade like the Old World masters; by doing every job, handling every tool, learning the art and craft of building with each nail and every plank. At 19, he was building his first house and by 23, he was creating his first subdivision building project. It’s no exaggeration to say he was meant to do this.

Incredibly, his depth and breadth as a builder is matched by his creative vision and remarkable talent for managing fine craftsmen and tradesmen on complex building projects. It’s rare that these different skill sets are found in the same person. When taken as a whole package, Mark’s unique talents and personality offer the prospective luxury home client an unrivaled solution to the essential question, “Who should I hire?”

Architects and homeowners testify that his true value becomes clear once the project has begun. From setting the house on the site to maximize views or maintain a dry cellar to sketching out plans for kitchen cabinets right on plaster walls for clients to “see” exactly where everything will go, Mark engages everyone with practical advice and genuine innovation.
